This lady had a stromal transplant for granular dystrophy.

Unfortunately, she developed REPEATED recurrence of granular dystrophy in the interface.

So, I undertook a small central full transplant in the middle of the larger diameter stromal transplant.

The recurrence of granular dystrophy is much slower in a full transplant.

Small full transplants last decades and have much lower rejection rates.
