Entropion – 2 Types
These patients presented almost one after the other with 2 types of Entropion
The lady has entropion due to a shrunken phthisical eye.
The gentleman has an entropion with a proptosed eye, from chronic eye rubbing, stretching the lid into a viscous catch 22 cycle.
I will treat the lady by removing the blind painful eye and placing an orbital implant.
I will treat the gentleman by correcting the entropion.
